Avoiding Toxic Food Is Imperative for Optimal Health
Our brain guides us through life’s journey and unless not ‘messed with’, it does a fine job.
Our stomach is our second brain, but we do not afford it the same respect.
We have a misguided perception that, whatever we ‘feed’ it, it can cope adequately, without question.
This would be fine and dandy if the control of what we ingest was a purely a personal choice, after all, it is our stomach.
Unfortunately, it’s not as simple as that.
We are now living in a World which is dominated by corporate manipulation and profit motivated greed.
Our daily foodstuffs are a toxic minefield in which we have to tread ever more cautiously.
Whether or not you have an Autoimmune condition such as Psoriasis, it is patently obvious that the recent increase in food allergies, (Celiac, Lactose, Gluten) as well as the more tragic cases of (Alzheimers, Autism, Parkinson’s) has to be linked to our toxic food intake.
Reading my blogs, you will be aware of my conviction that the main culprit in all of this is GLYPHOSATE, the deadly toxin in ‘Roundup’ which is sprayed onto our crops in millions of tons Worldwide.
Until such time that we finally recognise this, we shall always struggle to keep our bodies healthy and our Immune System will be forever compromised.
The chemical technology industry, spearheaded by Monsanto, has managed to turn food into a literal poison…
Glyphosate, which we now know systemically contaminates the plant and cannot be washed off, has a number of devastating biological effects, including the following:
Nutritional deficiencies, as glyphosate immobilizes certain
nutrients and alters the nutritional composition of the treated
Disruption of the biosynthesis of aromatic amino acids (these
are essential amino acids not produced in your body that must be
supplied via your diet.)
Increased toxin exposure (this includes high
levels of glyphosate and formaldehyde in the food
Impairment of sulfate transport and sulfur metabolism;
sulfate deficiency Systemic toxicity—a side effect of extreme
disruption of microbial function throughout your body; beneficial
microbes in particular, allowing for overgrowth of pathogens.
Gut dysbiosis (imbalances in gut bacteria, inflammation, leaky gut, foodallergies such as gluten intolerance.)
Enhancement of damaging effects of other food-borne chemical residues and environmental toxins as a result of glyphosate shutting down the function of detoxifying
Creation of ammonia (a byproduct created when certain microbes break down glyphosate),which can lead to brain inflammation associated with autism and Alzheimer’s disease.
I hope that this post helps you to understand what Glyphosate is and how it affects all of us.
